In our CrossFit Classes, you get an awesome new workout every day. We lead your through warmups, strength, conditioning, and cooldown. All while teaching and reinforcing correct technique and skills. You’ll accomplish more in less time because our workouts are challenging and efficient. You’ll be motivated working out alongside our amazing gym community and look forward to each workout. All you are responsible for is showing up and doing your best!
Unlimited or 3 class per week memberships, and punchcards available.
We know you have a busy and hectic schedule, so we offer more classes than other facilities. Additionally, our workouts are constantly varied with countless movements, time domaines, load, and repetition schemes. This prepares you for life’s surprises and allows for constant progress while keeping things fun and avoiding overuse injuries common of set or repetitive fitness “routines”.
We offer both a kids area to keep your kiddos safe while you train AND classes for kids and teens.
CrossFit Kids Classes
We Our kids program is awesome! It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in ages 6-11.

Our Nutrition Coaching Program is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time!
