We offer a full schedule of classes where you can build your fitness with our expert coaches. We take care of the workout programming, warmup, technique instruction, strength, conditioning, and cooldown. Our community takes care of the motivation. All you are you are responsible for is showing up.
We know you have a busy and hectic schedule, so we offer more classes than other facilities. Additionally, our workouts are intense and efficient so you can get in and out and accomplish more in less time.
Our workouts are constantly varied with countless movements, time domaines, load, and repetition schemes. This prepares you for life’s surprises and allows for constant progress while keeping things fun and avoiding overuse injuries common of set or repetitive fitness “routines”.
CrossFit is hard work, but getting started doesn’t have to be.
We are proud of our transition process that guides you smoothly from a complete beginner to a comfortable and confident CrossFitter.
Prior to joining CrossFit Classes, you will complete 3 one-on-one Skill Sessions with one of our expert coaches. You will learn to safely perform (or modify) 4 squat variations, 4 press variations, deadlifts, kettlebell swings, and the olympic lifts: the Clean and the Snatch.You will learn correct mechanics and progressions for bodyweight movements such as push-ups, pull-ups, box jumps, and rowing. Each day will also feature a dynamic warmup, mobility, and strategies to improve your individual movement mechanics and prevent injuries.
You will also receive a nutrition guide and sample meal plan, complete with grocery lists and recipes.You will learn what, how much, and when to eat to enhance your health, performance, and body composition.
Throughout your on-boarding process, you willbegin to build relationships with your coaches and fellow classmates and will build familiarity with our class structures.
After you complete your three skill sessions, you will gain access to our full schedule of CrossFit Classes.
FIT Fundamentals Classes are a hybrid of BootCamp and CrossFit training principles. More endurance and volume than our classic CrossFit Class, without as much technical lifting.
You will build strength, body control, and movement mechanics with fundamental resistance training. And you will build cardiorespiratory endurance with interval, CrossFit, and Bootcamp conditioning workouts–centered around bodyweight movements, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbells, rowing, and more.
Fit Fundamentals classes focus on simple, primal movement patterns that are easy for beginners to pick up and join in, while challenging for veteran athletes who want to pin their ears back and just GO HARD!

Our Nutrition Coaching Program is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time!
