Your first step is scheduling your discovery visit (Intro) at CrossFit Tigard. We’ll use this time to show you around our facility, get to know you and answer questions. This helps you begin training safely and with confidence.

2. Complete Your Intro

We understand that everyone is different so we want to learn about your fitness history, goals and how to best coach you. We will provide recommendations on how to best reach your goals and answer any questions.

3. Start Your Journey

After your intro, you will be ready to start the best program for you and your goals. Whether it be CrossFit, Boot Camp, Private Training, or Nutrition Coaching, you will be well on your way to a better you!
