Recipe: Green Machine Smoothie

Green Machine Smoothie Ingredients:  Large handful of spinach ¼ cup frozen pineapple ¼ ripe avocado 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 small handful of cucumber slices Coconut water to blend Hemp seeds (optional, for topping) Directions: Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
