Beginners Classes Coming Soon

We have exciting news to announce.  Starting Monday, July 15th, CrossFit P.A.W. will be offering separate beginners and intermediate classes.  Beginners classes will take additional time to go through full movement progressions and build and reinforce good mechanics.  Workouts will also be programmed a little bit different to reduce intensity as you acclimatize to CrossFit. …
