Join us on Memorial day for our annual tribute to those who have fallen protecting and serving the USA.

This year our Memorial Day workout will be on Monday, 5/27 AT CrossFit Happy Valley. We would love to get both our communities together to show our strength in unity.

We will warm-up and start running waves at 10am.

After the WOD, we will unwind and celebrate together with food, beverages, and a cornhole tournament.

This event is free for members and family to attend and we will have different versions of the workout available for all fitness levels.

The Memorial Day Workout:

“Murph”
For Time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

*Wear a vest if you have one

MURPH is a workout dedicated to Lt Michael Murphy, a Navy Officer who died during a counter-insurgent operation in Afghanistan. Overwhelmed by enemy forces, Murph left his position of cover and exposed himself to enemy fire in order to get a clear radio signal to communicate with his headquarters and call for support for his unit. He then returned to his position to continue fighting until he died from his wounds.
