CrossFit Tigard-P.A.W. is more than a gym–it is a life changing experience that will rapidly improve your health, body composition, and physical and mental performance. We combine the best parts of weightlifting, sprinting, kettlebells, calisthenics, bodyweight movements and beyond, into efficient, intense workouts which change every day. Additionally, our very own Registered, Licensed, Board Certified Dietitian provides you with practical nutrition guidance so that you can get the very best results from your fitness program.
